Insular Travel, S.A. is the owner, and has the corresponding license, of the intellectual and industrial property exploitation rights of the Website.

All contents of the Website, including the graphic design, source code, logos, texts, graphics, illustrations, photographs, and other elements that appear on the Website, unless otherwise indicated, are the exclusive property of Viajes Insular, S.A.

In no case will it be understood that the User’s access and navigation implies a total or partial waiver, transmission, license or transfer of said rights by Viajes Insular, S.A., over any other right related to its Website and the services offered therein.

Likewise, it is prohibited to modify, copy, reuse, exploit, reproduce, publicly communicate, make second or subsequent publications, upload files, send by mail, transmit, use, process or distribute in any way all or part of the contents included on the Website for public or commercial purposes, if you do not have the express written authorization of Viajes Insular, S.A. or, where applicable, the owner of the corresponding rights.

The User recognizes, consequently, that the reproduction, distribution, commercialization, transformation, and in general, any other form of exploitation, by any procedure, of all or part of the contents of this Website constitutes an infringement of the intellectual and/or industrial property rights of the owner of the Website or the owner thereof.

The User agrees to use the Website, the contents and services in accordance with current legislation and this Legal Notice.

Likewise, the User undertakes not to use the Website or the services provided through it for purposes or effects that are illicit or contrary to the content of this Legal Notice, harmful to the interests or rights of third parties, or that in any way may damage, disable or deteriorate the Website or its services, or prevent normal enjoyment of the Website by other Users.

Likewise, the User expressly undertakes not to destroy, alter, disable or, in any other way, damage the data, programs or electronic documents and others found on this Website.

The User undertakes not to hinder the access of other Users to the access service through the massive consumption of computer resources through which the owner of the Website provides the service, as well as not to carry out actions that damage, interrupt or generate errors in said systems.

Insular Travel, S.A. excludes all liability that may arise from interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone breakdowns or disconnections in the operational functioning of the electronic system, caused by causes beyond the control of the owner of the Website.

Likewise, Viajes Insular, S.A. also excludes any liability that may arise from delays or blockages in the operational functioning of this electronic system caused by deficiencies or overloading of telephone lines or the Internet, as well as damages caused by third parties through illegitimate interference beyond the control of Viajes Insular, S.A.

Insular Travel, S.A. is authorized to temporarily suspend, and without prior notice, access to the Website for maintenance, repair, update or improvement operations.

Viajes Insular, S.A., does not guarantee the legality, reliability, usefulness, veracity or accuracy of the services or information provided by third parties through the Website.

The User is solely responsible for any infractions that may be incurred or for any damages that may be caused by misuse of the Website, leaving Viajes Insular, S.A., its partners, group companies, collaborators, employees and representatives, exonerated from any type of liability that may arise from the actions of the User.

Insular Travel, S.A. will use all reasonable efforts and means to provide updated and reliable information on the Website, however, the owner of the Website does not guarantee the absence of errors, or possible inaccuracies and/or omissions in the content published by third parties accessible through this Website. The User is solely responsible for any claim or legal, judicial or extrajudicial action, initiated by third parties against the owner of the Website based on misuse by the User of the Website. Where applicable, the User will assume any expenses, costs and compensation requested from Viajes Insular, S.A. due to such claims or legal actions.

This Legal Notice will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation.

Insular Travel, S.A. and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Las Palmas (Spain), unless the applicable regulations depending on the case prevent the parties from submitting to a specific jurisdiction.
